I made it because I saw dozens of lousy and expensive Kegel trainer apps on the market that required you to pay high fees to unlock basic features after a free trial. Seagull Trainer comes equipped with 10 levels of increasing difficulty to help improve your pelvic floor. It comes along with an endurance tracker to track your progress over time and a heat map and level representation of how well you're doing. There's even notifications built in for both exercise types to remind you to do your training daily as well as a discrete mode to hide instructions in case you'd like to do your exercises in public and hide what you're really doing!
