There are many technical, financial, and societal challenges to landing the world I speak about in the book. But the benefits to human happiness, governance, utility, and productivity are vast. I want people to demand more of the companies providing these online services - more transparency, more integration among services, and smarter business models that allow for us to experience a life augmented through machine intelligence without all the messiness that that level of digital exposure brings.
