Seecking: A diverse recruiting platform

In recent years, diversity and inclusion have become more prominent priorities for companies. A diverse group of people brings along new ideas and opinions that could in the end benefit the company as a whole. People’s different backgrounds shape their thoughts and skills, and it is the collective effort from a diverse group of people that leads to something special. We do not want a lack of financial means to prevent companies and startups from hiring a diverse group of people. That is why we are building an affordable recruitment platform to help organizations source and hire individuals in a more holistic way. This recruitment platform will allow individuals of all different backgrounds to have an equal opportunity in applying for internships and jobs. It will allow new startups that do not have sufficient funding to hire such individuals as well. Ultimately, our goal for this product is to bridge companies and individuals together
