Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Heet, Co-Founder & CMO at SeerFlow.
We built SeerFlow after speaking with D2C founders who knew their revenue numbers but struggled to answer a simple question:
"How much cash will I actually have in the bank next week or next month?"
Most brands track finances across Shopify, payment gateways, logistics providers, ad platforms, and spreadsheets. The result is fragmented data, delayed decisions, and constant uncertainty around cash flow.
SeerFlow brings everything into one place.
With SeerFlow, brands can:
✅ Forecast future cash flow
✅ Track profitability and unit economics
✅ Monitor payouts and settlements
✅ Identify cash leaks and risks
✅ Make faster financial decisions
Our goal is simple: help founders spend less time chasing numbers and more time growing their business.
We're excited to share SeerFlow with the Product Hunt community and would love your feedback.
Ask us anything—we'll be here throughout the day! 🚀

Have you thought about adding a simple alert when RTO risk spikes for a specific SKU or cohort? That way founders get pinged before ad spend ramps up on something that's about to bleed cash on returns.

@melikesxbg yes we already have RTO Spike alert at SKU Level..

A useful add would be a GST and TDS export that pulls from your forecast and reconciles with what Razorpay actually settles, so month-end accounting stops being a manual spreadsheet grind.

@aydnjnbf This is genuinely on our radar now — you're the second person in this thread to flag GST/TDS reconciliation independently, so it's clearly a real pain point and not a nice-to-have. A forecast-to-actual-settlement reconciliation export is exactly the kind of "stop doing this in a spreadsheet" problem we want to solve. Mind if we reach out when we start building it to get your input on the format?

Love how clean the unit economics breakdown looks. One thing that would really help me as a D2C founder: add a simple scenario planner where I can tweak ad spend or AOV by percentage and instantly see the projected cash flow impact. Would make weekly planning calls way easier.

@ayekapszm5vk Thank you. the unit economics breakdown was the part we spent the most time getting right, so that means a lot. The scenario planner is a great call, and it lines up with what we're hearing from other D2C founders here too: less "here's what happened," more "let me stress-test what happens if." Would you be open to a quick chat once we start prototyping it? Your weekly planning use case is exactly who we're building it for.

the deterministic unit economics angle is genuinely clever, most tools in this space still bury that behind a bunch of toggles
