I have tried meditation applications before, and it always bothers me to do the preparations to put them in motion. The tempo of those who direct the exercise it's nicely done.
In this case both things worked very well. Even the chosen voice is very good.
Pros:
Easy, quick to access. Meditation has an extraordinary tempo, easy to carry. It worked very well for me.
