I love this clean platform. It is easy to use, even for people without experience with e-commerce. The drag-and-drop builder makes creating a custom online store easy, and the built-in tools make managing my inventory, orders, and customers easy. It is easy to process orders, so I can focus on growing my business. You can accept payments from a variety of sources, and you can even set up shipping and fulfillment automation. The number one problem it helped me solve was the will-call/pick-up C.O.D. problem that I was having. Thank you SellDone!

It offers a comprehensive range of features, including inventory management, payment processing, shipping fulfillment, and powerful marketing automation tools, among others. One of the standout advantages of SellDone is its ability to provide all these robust functionalities within a single package, eliminating the need for additional plugins. Unlike my experiences with WooCommerce and Shopify, which often require multiple paid plugins to achieve the same results, SellDone simplifies the process. However, it's worth mentioning that SellDone does have a few areas that could benefit from improvement. Firstly, there is a limited selection of templates available, and customization options for headers and footers lack the convenience of one-click editing. Creating a custom header and footer does involve some HTML and CSS, and even then, the resulting designs may not be fully responsive. Additionally, the platform offers a somewhat limited range of product layout options. I hope that as SellDone continues to evolve, they will expand their customization features. As of now, though, my clients prefer personalized product layouts, which is why they won't be using SellDone. Overall, SellDone proves to be a comprehensive e-commerce solution with numerous valuable features. It may not fulfill all customization requirements for some users, but it has the potential to enhance its offerings in the future.

This is a very robust platform. MY experience with the team and software has been great thus far. For example, I recently reached out to the Selldone team with a feature request. I sent them a short video (less than two minutes) with what I was trying to accomplish on their platform. Less than 24 hours later, the feature I requested was implemented on the platform. This was request was made on a Friday evening EST and was completed Saturday morning. Bonus points for the weekend. The owner reached out to me and personally let me know that the feature was ready and that I can continue to move forward with my business. The company also immediately announced the new feature was available in their FB group to ensure other users that may utilize the feature new in a timely manner. This platform is certainly worth looking into.
