I wanted to buy a real estate property and list it on airbnb but I could not qualify for traditional loan, I started to look for alternative ways and found out about Seller Financing, Owner Financing or Creative Financing. It is when the owner will act as the bank and you can make monthly payments directly to the owner. I joined many groups on facebook where they post deals but it was very unorganized, messy and just too much of everything. Then I googled "seller finance marketplace" and nothing came up. That is when a light bulb came on and I started to draw a design.
