Congrats on the launch. This is a great tool for people like me who love asking questions, and sometimes need an answer in 24h. However, how do you rate the value of the response. I understand that you verify experts, but paying $100 for a simple "Yes, you should" would be sad:p

Hi @konrad_bujak, great question about ROI. There's 2 ways to value a response: how you value the content, and how you view the insight gained from the content. For expertise, we believe it's about knowing where to hammer, rather than the process of hammering itself. That said, if you feel the response is lackluster, let us know and we're happy to give you money back.

On behalf of startup / project builders everywhere, thank you for this! Take OnDeck for instance...don't get me wrong, I love the concept and the access it provides to specialized, sought after communities but in my opinion it only perpetuates the circle of privilege in startup circles. With the average program costing $5k+ it's just not accessible to everyday founders. I love that this app makes it accessible for everyone. Thank you for contributing such an important tool to the startup community.

@itschristinehong ROI is an important issue when we get to consultancy. There are no obvious metrics to assess the value of an answer for a question although It is coming from an expert. I will try it immediately and will try to make some beneficial feedback. Once again thank you for the launch!

Hi Mario, yes you can choose your expert. If you type your question into the search bar, you should see a list of experts show up. Each card has an ask button that you can select to ask a specific question to that expert.
