For the last five years, I've been managing SEO for B2B brands, and I kept running into the same problem.
Most SEO rank trackers are built for global markets—not for India. They're expensive, charge in USD, struggle with accurate tracking in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and often count desktop and mobile rankings as two separate keywords, burning through your limits twice as fast.
As a freelancer and SEO professional, I knew there had to be a better way.
That's why I built SerpObserver.
It's a rank tracker designed specifically for Indian marketers, freelancers, and growing agencies. Pricing is in INR, tracking works at the city level across India, regional languages are supported, and one keyword means one keyword—no hidden tricks or inflated limits.
My goal wasn't just to build another SEO tool. I wanted to build something that gives Indian marketers the same level of confidence and capability as global tools, without forcing them to spend a huge part of their profits on subscriptions.
If SerpObserver helps you save money, track rankings more accurately, or simply makes your SEO workflow easier, I'd love to hear your feedback. Every comment and suggestion will help shape what we build next.
Thanks for checking it out. ❤️

Finally a rank tracker that gets Indian cities right instead of treating the whole country as one blob. The Delhi vs Mumbai split was spot on for a client I checked.

the city-level granularity for indian searches is honestly such a thoughtful move, most rank trackers just blanket everything at the country level and miss all the local nuance that actually matters
