Small teams within companies can certainly use Shaka. Some features will work better than others for smaller teams. Specifically, for <15 employees I would highly recommend you try our wellness and shoutouts tools! A challenge could also be really fun if you can get everyone involved. I have seen a team of 4 people run a really awesome challenge!
