@masump NO, that is the key :) Only the sender has an account. All recipients/receivers will just get an email with an verification code to open, then they can sign and it will autosave -> DONE.
No login, no signup. At the end, when everyone has signed, all will get a copy of the document.

@waylon_isaac Yes, we defined the pricing based on comapnies / peoples need and market research in DACH region, then also expand the focus to a worldwide audience.
@kendrick_keegan Wie gesagt, mit EES kann man über 70-80% der Verträge unterzeichnen, einzig und allein wird die Beweiskraft bemängelt, jedoch kann bspw. in der Schweiz ein Vertrag auch mündlich entstehen - somit ist EES definitiv legal binding.
@berry_dupre We started at the beginning also considering an mobile app, but since web apps are really good in case of responsiveness, its just a waste of time. Lets move on - enjoy it.
