Most app blockers only say “no.” Simba adds a pause before distraction. Block apps and websites with quick focus sessions, reusable schedules, Hard Mode, and app groups. When you try to open something blocked, Simba replaces the generic screen with a friendly cat shield and a reminder in your chosen tone helping you remember why you started. Track focus time, streaks, and blocked attempts to build better habits without guilt.

Love the cat shield idea, that little bit of personality could actually make the friction feel kind instead of punishing. One thing I would want is a way to schedule a short "exception window" for things like two-factor auth texts or ride apps without having to fully unblock the whole category.
@saadetjh1c Thank you! That’s exactly what we wanted the cat shield to communicate a gentle pause rather than a punishment.
A temporary exception window is a great idea, especially for essential apps like ride services or authentication tools. Simba currently has an emergency unlock option for unexpected situations, but scheduled, app-specific exceptions would make the experience much smoother. I’m adding this to our feature considerations!
Congrats on your launch @fatih_demir06 . Is there any plan for Android version?
@ihsany Thanks, İhsan! I’m not planning an Android version for now, but I’ve added it to my list to build as soon as possible just for you 😄
the friendly cat shield replacing the generic blocked screen is honestly such a smart move, turns a frustrating moment into a gentle nudge and makes you actually want to respect the block instead of fighting it
@enverkizlewftp Thank you, that means a lot! That was exactly the idea behind the cat shield we wanted the blocked screen to feel like a calm reminder, not a punishment. Building a healthier relationship with your phone should feel supportive, not frustrating.
The cat shield replacing the usual harsh block screen is such a thoughtful touch, it makes the friction feel kind instead of punishing.
@vedat2028659 Thank you! That’s exactly what we hoped the cat shield would do create a small, friendly pause instead of making the user feel punished. We want Simba to help people step away from distractions without adding more frustration.
the friendly cat shield replacing the generic block screen is such a thoughtful touch, turning a moment of friction into something almost endearing.
@metegjy9 Thank you! We wanted Simba to feel more like a supportive companion than a strict barrier. If the shield can turn that split-second urge to open an app into a small, friendly pause, then it’s doing exactly what we hoped.
