Darn, I don't think I will be able to afford a flat in Singapore ever. Singapore real-state prices are swell, this ML based tool provides a good look at it. Pros a) Takes many parameters in account b) Based on real data released by govt of Singapore Cons a) As a side project maker advised to avoid making any commercial deal fully by this. Kudos to maker. Great to see such initiatives picking up from Asia.
