I’ve been using Sinosend for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance and feature-set.
From the very start I was able to set up a custom domain in minutes, which gives a more professional brand experience to my clients.

On the security side, Sinosend supports password-protected links and SSL encryption, so I feel confident entrusting it with confidential files.
In terms of functionality it covers everything we need: large-file transfers, expiry settings, tracking of downloads/views, and even analytics for how files are accessed.
The dashboard is intuitive and integrates well into a workflow, whether sharing creative assets, client deliverables or internal documents.
What stands out for me is the quality of the support. When I had a couple of questions about data location setup, the support team responded quickly and clearly, guiding me step-by-step. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference in a busy project environment.
In short, if you’re looking for a reliable, full-featured file-sharing platform with custom branding, strong security, and responsive support, Sinosend is absolutely worth considering.
It covers all my needs at the moment.
Custom branding / white-label experience
Sinosend lets you use your own logo, background, and prepare download pages that feel like they belong to your brand, rather than generic transfer links.
For your agency context (delivering design assets, landing page files, etc.), that adds professionalism.
Custom domain / CNAME-links
You can serve downloads under your own domain via CNAME in certain plans.
That means recipients recognize it’s from you and trust the link more — something many generic services don’t offer as standard.
Real-time tracking & analytics (who, when, where)
Unlike many simple file transfer tools, Sinosend provides notifications when files are viewed/downloaded, plus geolocation data to see where recipients are.
For client deliverables, having that visibility is a plus: you know when they accessed your file and can follow up.
Choice of data region
Sinosend allows you to select which region stores your data (EU, US, Dubai, Hong Kong) in some plans.
If you serve clients in e.g. the Middle East (you mentioned UAE), this is a strong advantage over services that default only to US/EU.
“Request files” capability (not just send)
Sinosend supports not only sending files, but also requesting files from others (upload links) in the same user interface.
For your agency this means you can ask clients or subcontractors to upload assets back to you in a branded upload page — useful in creative workflows.
Flexible large file and folder upload/zip support
It supports uploading folders/files and automatically zipping when needed, plus previewing files before download.
This is helpful when you deliver multi-asset packages or complex creative files.
Streamlined UI for recipients (no account required)
Recipients don’t have to create a separate login to download, which reduces friction.
That’s beneficial when dealing with clients who just want to click and receive.
SSL transit even for custom domain.
yes
I don't know, I don't mind.
One of the best Investments I made. And I can clearly notice Amazing improvements in Speed of file uploads recently.
And it really helps in getting huge files (like even upto 100GB) from the Clients through the "Requests" feature - & that page also has wonderful customization options esp. the option of having a Custom Domain & making the page look like its our Cloud Storage.
It is a Wonderful option to store or save Important files!
When I upload a big folder, having many sub-folders or sub-sub folders, it doesn't get uploaded as it is. It gets uploaded as hundreds of different files in a seemingly unorganized order. And there seems to be no search option inside folders or even to change the names of the files or folders.
Being able to organize the files, folders would be really helpful.
Yes. It has been quite Reliable.
Pricing seems quite reasonable.
Don't know about this yet.
@rishiuttamhk Hi Rshi! Appreciate the response. But not sure I understand "Zip downloads holding the structure."
Do you mean that this thing will handle this issue:
"When I upload a big folder, having many sub-folders or sub-sub folders, it doesn't get uploaded as it is. It gets uploaded as hundreds of different files in a seemingly unorganized order. And there seems to be no search option inside folders or even to change the names of the files or folders."
I asked because the issue I mentioned is connected with "Folder Uploads" & you mentioned about "Zip downloads". So it's not clear to me.
Anyways, you guys are doing Great! And Congratulations on the Wonderful Launch!
I’ve been a loyal Sinosend user since day one, and I absolutely love it. The custom domain and branded email are perfect for my brand identity, and the large file transfer feature is a game changer for my video production studio—it’s exactly what I need to keep projects moving efficiently.
the speeds can be improved which I know comes with time and support
I chose Sinosend over other platforms because it delivers everything I need in one place—professional branding tools, reliable large file transfers, and a smooth, intuitive interface. Competing services felt limited or overly complicated, but Sinosend just works. It saves me time, looks professional for my clients, and keeps my workflow seamless.
Sinosend is a solid tool for sending large files with a professional experience. I like the branded download pages and the ability to see whether files were viewed or downloaded. It’s useful for sharing product creatives with suppliers and sending training materials to my customers. Simple, fast, and fits well into a business workflow. Definitely worth using.

Really love this tool! Sinosend has made it so much easier for me to work together with my customers, not having to look into different "free" tools or pay high monthly subscriptions. I have so much space and can create folders for each of my customers and just works perfectly, without any issues.
Rishi supports himself and is always reachable and replies very fast, great support!
Thanks for the great tool and wish you all the best!
Have a secure space without upload limit, white labeling, share transfers directly with customers from your own space, lieftime payment, no recurring cost, great customer service.

I've used a handful of other large file transfer solutions. WeTransfer is the most notable and when I found Sinosend I was instantly stoked for how simple it was but yet had all the features I needed. I've had it over a year now and I've sent files about 60gb or more. No issues. It's been reliable from the beginning.
I'd love to see a Mac or Windows application.
I don't know.
The analytics have been great. I've had no issues with it.

We have adopted this as part of our company’s software. We use it daily and it couldn’t be easier. The software works flawlessly and it’s both fast and intuitive. We can fully recommend this platform. The analytics behind the file transfer back end are also super useful.
I find little to comment in this area because it really checks all the boxes for us.
I got so tired of the price of wetransfer and Dropbox just climbing. This is a great product and it super simple. Great replacement and well worth your time.
It's a great product that's far better than wetranser
No
I believe so but my account does not have this.
Not sure. Everything we do is in the states.
Simple and easy to use. I'm an early adopter and use this for my law firm to send and receive files. Well done!
My only request is that when files are uploaded by others its easier to organize/thumb through them for the ones I actually want to review.
I'm an early adopter and I liked the simple interface and reliability.

Amazing, thoughtful and clear review. This will go a long way to help others future users -- Really appreciate this.
