Hey PH,
Sked started with a tiny but real pain: Scheduling one meeting felt ridiculous.
Switch tabs. Add attendees. Check calendars. Find open slots. None? Ping people. Wait. Switch context. Forget why you opened Slack in the first place.
We were annoyed by how painful it all was.
So we built Sked.
It’s an AI scheduling assistant that lives inside Slack.
No tabs. No switching. Just type what you want in plain English.
With Sked, you can:
Find slots
Book meetings
Reschedule
Cancel
Peek at calendars
Try:
/sked Get 30 mins with @Joanne tomorrow
/sked Move my 3pm call today to 4pm tomorrow
/sked Show @Emily’s calendar next Monday
We had a working V1 in the first month. But it took us six to launch.
Because it wasn’t good enough. We kept finding broken edges. Accuracy, latency, UX, empathetic copy, small moments of delight - all of it needed more care.
So we kept rewriting until it felt…usable. Quiet. Solid.
This product has been built with thought. A fair bit of stubbornness. And a lot of love.
If it saves you five seconds a day, that’s a win for us.
Give it a shot - and let us know what you think.

Forget why you opened Slack in the first place” — haha, felt that one. Sked nails a genuine everyday pain point with an elegant solution.
Love the Slack-native approach. Are team-wide polls in the roadmap to
o?
@suryansh_tiwari2 great to know you resonate with the pain point. And yes, we do believe Slack-nativity is the way to go. Make the place where work happens, better.
Polls on roadmap, coming soon! Lot more as well, keep you posted.
@suryansh_tiwari2 Thanks so much! Glad you liked it 😊

@suryansh_tiwari2 Glad the slack native approach resonated — that’s been a big north star for us 🚀
RE Team-wide polls suggestion. We’ve heard this a few times and it’s definitely on the radar. Curious — what kind of polling use-cases do you see most often in your workflow?
Would love to jam more on this! 🙌
@suryansh_tiwari2 Team wide polls, interesting idea for Sked. One text command to build a poll would be nice
Hi PH 👋
We built Sked to make scheduling as easy as sending a message.
It’s an AI assistant that lives right inside Slack — no tabs, no context switching, just type and go.
Why not give it a try? Add Sked to your Slack and try scheduling a meeting with a colleague — it’s that simple.
Just type:
/sked Move my 3pm call today to 4pm tomorrow
/sked Show @Sarah’s calendar next Monday
/sked Get 30 mins with @Michael tomorrow
Sked takes care of finding slots, booking, rescheduling, and even showing availability — all in plain language.
It’s fast, reliable, and designed with care. If it saves you even 5 seconds a day, that’s a win for us.
We'd love for you to give Sked a try and let us know what you think — your feedback means everything!
Cool! Nice to see someone addressing a pain point.
I have always felt this while working with remote teams. It's hard to sync with teammates from different timezones. Does Sked understand the timezone and schedule meeting accordingly? The last thing I want is my teammate in US scheduling a call with me (in India) during my sleep hours 🥲. (I can just put myself OOO on Google cal though, but again it's too much work).
PS: I haven't tested this yet. Sorry if I missed this feature. 🤓
Looks great — a Slack scheduling agent that simplifies team meeting right where we chat is a total time-saver!
@thambu_sdas Thank you! We're so glad Sked made scheduling easier for your team.
@vipin_raj_k1 Scheduling meetings have never been easier ! Love the way it seamlessly does the job for me all without leaving Slack and managing multiple tabs !

@athul_kumar So glad to hear that! Seamlessness was the dream — no more tab-juggling marathons.
Curious if there’s a specific kind of meeting (1:1s, standups, client calls?) where Sked has been a real time-saver for you? Would love to learn more from your use!
