AI sucks! How about valuing human knowledge? ;)) A year ago, when I posted about selling my PV/electric vehicle charging station venture in Potsdam, I received a flood of questions. I wanted to help everyone for free…but that was impossible. I thought, at some point a small compensation would also be helpful, to stay motivated, and also for readers a chance to get a bigger chance to get answers on specific questions because these are incentivised. I realized: there’s no real tool to manage or trade human expertise in a fair and simple way. So I built one. skillbid.io - Real People. Real Knowledge. Real Value.  A platform where followers can ask creators anything and offer compensation — to reserve some of their time, get a piece of their experience, and their specific know-how. It´s hard to measure value of knowledge, so there´s also an option where mentees can freely decide, how much they are able to offer on a specific question. Students may offer less, pro´s more. Creators have to deliver their answer in 24h, so now week long waiting for replies! Creators finally have a way to monetize their knowledge — without subscriptions, without constant posting pressure. Answers can be texts, files, screencasts, videos, and live video calls. A full scope calendar is also integrated. Financials are securely being handled by Stripe (used by OpenAI, Substack, etc.). When placing the bid, funds are being reserved so Mentors can a 100% rely on being paid. If a mentor doesn´t deliver, a 100% refund is processed to the Mentee. So both parties are save. Minimum Bid is $10. Video Calls can also be free.
