What's great

In FX trading, trust is everything, and more traders now ask AI assistants which platforms to use before they ever visit a website. We had no idea what ChatGPT and others were saying about us until we started using SKYA. The prompt tracking showed us which trading-related questions we were showing up for and, more importantly, where competitors were being recommended instead of us. The hallucination audit was the standout for me.

What needs improvement

I'd like to see more finance-specific prompt suggestions during setup, since trading queries are quite niche.

What's great

A lot of our enquiries used to come from Google, but more and more clients now ask ChatGPT things like "best event management company in Manchester for corporate events" before they even start searching. I had no idea whether we were being mentioned until we tried SKYA. Within 2 hours, I could see which event-related questions we appeared in, which ones we were missing from, and which competitors were being recommended in our place. That alone changed how we think about our website content. The citation tracking is really useful too, as it shows which sources AI is pulling from, so we know where it's worth getting featured. For a smaller business like ours, having all of this in one dashboard without needing a specialist is a big plus.

What needs improvement

It would be great to have more location-based tracking, as a lot of our work is regional and it matters whether we show up for city/region specifically.

Honestly, we didn't have anything in place for AI search before. We were occasionally typing questions into ChatGPT to see if our name came up, which wasn't reliable and didn't show any trends.

What's great

Prompt tracking is very good
AI visibility snapshots are coming at a good speed
The competitors module and beat plan concept are excellent

Very interesting and promising application

I'd love to see coverage of even more AI platforms over time and a slightly more guided walkthrough during first-time setup.

I looked at Profound and Evertune before settling on SKYA. Both are capable, but SKYA gave me AI visibility and the SEO side (keywords, backlinks, on-page) together in one platform, so I could see not just where we were missing in AI answers but what to fix.

What's great

Honestly, what got me is that it doesn't just tell you "hey, ChatGPT mentioned your brand." It shows you what it said, and that's where things get interesting. I ran a brand through it and [add what you found, e.g. the pricing was outdated on one platform]. I never would've caught that by manually typing prompts. The platform-wise score is also super easy to understand. I sent it to my colleague the same day because we're always juggling multiple brands and this saves so much time.

What needs improvement

Would love a proper multi-brand dashboard, since I handle a few accounts and switching between them takes a bit of effort. Shareable or downloadable reports would also be great for sending updates to clients. And alerts when an AI answer changes about a brand would be a really nice add.

Before this, I was basically checking things by hand, opening ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini one by one and comparing answers. It works, but it's slow and you always miss something. I also had a look at [tool name], but it mostly told me whether the brand showed up, not whether what it said was right. That's why I stuck with SKYA.

What's great

We'd been getting asked about AEO and GEO by prospects for months, but we didn't want to sell a service we couldn't measure. SKYA gave us the data layer to actually offer it.

What needs improvement

A quick, shareable pitch report that we can generate for prospects in a couple of clicks would be a great addition.

What's great

The competitor tracking has been the most valuable part for us, because in a crowded space it tells us exactly where to focus.

What needs improvement

Since we cover many skill categories, the ability to group prompts by category and compare visibility across them in one view would be very helpful.

Otterly.AI

We also explored Profound and Otterly before, but most options were priced and had limited features. SKYA gave us AI visibility, competitor data, and SEO insights in one place, and it was far more practical for a growing business.
