What's great

We’ve been working with SmartShop for a year and a half now. What I like is that the process is easy to understand: you receive the account, check the access, and then make the payment. There’s also a dedicated Telegram chat with the team for questions after delivery.

For us, having that ongoing contact is a big part of the service. Apple Developer accounts can come with plenty of practical questions, so it’s useful to have a familiar team to turn to. We appreciate being able to keep working with the same people over time.

What needs improvement

Optional renewal reminders would be handy. Being able to choose how far in advance to receive them would make it easier to plan upcoming renewals.

What's great

We’ve been working with SmartShop for three months and purchase around 30–40 Apple Developer accounts per month. Finding a company that can handle our regular wholesale requirements has been a big positive for us.
