For years, Peter experienced the frustration of not having good data to code against. His insight was that developers are at their best when they focus on what they’re best at: coding, not wasting time on tedious tasks like writing and maintaining seed scripts, or messing with production dumps. That's why he formed Snaplet, and collectively, our vision is to help developers get back into flow by giving them production-like data they can code against, in a snap! I have used Snapplet to seed our dev database with anonymized prod data to run complex data migration, It helped us to test the migration on our dev environment without being scared to mess the prod db It was 🔥

This looks handy, creating scripts to seed data into databases is actually quite time consuming. Especially if I want to make the data realistic. Great job!

@joonatanvanhala Thanks Joonatan - appreciate the support. The default Seed experience makes it lightning quick to get good seed data, and if you want highly realistic data we have (free) AI functionality that allows you a ton of control over how your data is generated.
