Most trade apps want your whole business in their cloud: scheduling, invoicing, CRM, and a subscription. SnapReport is just job reports, and it’s local-first. You capture issues, photos, notes, quotes and signatures, then generate a clean PDF on-device. No account, no syncing, no subscription – just 5 free reports then a one-time licence.

I built SnapReport because I kept seeing two extremes for tradies:
Big, all-in-one job systems that want your whole business (and a subscription), or
A messy camera roll and notes when a client/builder/strata wants “proof”.
SnapReport is deliberately small and local-first:
No accounts
No central database
Job → photos/notes → PDF → your records
It’s in early-access beta. I’m using it myself and a few tradies are trying it on real jobs, so I’m expecting rough edges.
Feedback I care about most:
Parts of the flow that feel annoying or slow
Anything that makes you nervous about data loss
Whether the “5 free reports + one-time licence” model feels fair
If you work in trades or build tools for people who do, I’d love to hear what you’d change before calling this 1.0.

Congrats on the launch! Is it offline too?

@abdulrahman_aboshamah I’ve actually just added it because of your comment. Once SnapReport loads, it can be used fully offline (jobs, photos, PDFs all stay on the device). Internet’s now only needed to grab updates or buy a licence.
