FAQ clearly states, as does the response to the review below, that any public account can be followed. However accounts with > 3000 followers cannot be followed, and apparently this is stated in the terms and conditions. Completely misleading information. I have requested a full refund.

I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the Snoopreport Instagram activity tracker.
As far as tracking concerned, it's clearly stated in the Terms of Service that we can not track accounts with 3000+ followings (who they follow), not followers (who follow them), that is, if the account is following more thank 3k users. Please note that this does not apply to profile followers. There is no followers limit, you can track Instagram accounts with millions of followers, no problem. Moreover we will likely lift 3k followings limit next week.
Unfortunately we can not communicate all the Terms of Service in FAQ, therefore we encourage our users to read the Terms upon signing up, you simply can not complete the sign up without agreeing on the Terms.
Anyways, we would like to refund your money, so please contact our support by support@snoopreport.com email for further resolution of the issue.

UPD: You did in fact contact our support and we did issue you the refund even though our investigation took about 24 hours from the time of complaint and the findings were: there's no evidence account was active. How fast did you expect the reply and refund to be in that case?

Something does not add up here. Okay, there might be no activity on the account we track, so we won't capture anything. It's also true, we can only capture a portion of the total activity. Typically, this is between 5% and 75%, depending on the account's behavior and privacy settings. Yet, normally it's something on the higher end of the range and if it's hundreds of likes a week then report will very likely contain a good portion of those.
How do you know the user was "very active"?
Would you mind to share username here so we can publicly address the issue?
Additionally, support average response time is now way less than 12 hours, in most cases is less than an hour. Could you specify details when you contacted us?

Doesn't function correctly. Doesn't display full reports. Some reports are completely empty when there was definitely activity. Zero responses from customer service.

We do not see any support requests or disputes initiated by “Julian” or even “Juliana” in May or June 2023 via phone, email or through payment processor/bank.

Could you please tell me what you meant by “Does not display full reports? Real time report examples are available at our website, our customers are getting exactly the same reports for accounts they track, it’s as full as it gets, did you expected something else?
How do you know that “there was definitely activity”? Please read FAQ and Terms and Conditions carefully, we explained target success rate there so our customers can have a right expectations.
Anyways, if you feel uncomfortable about any of your payments, please contact our support at support (_at_) snoopreport.com and we will refund such payments and cancel your subscriptions. We honor most of such requests.
As a small content creator I use this tool every once in a while to get some new content ideas for my Instagram page. I just get the reports from some of my follower's public pages, check what they like and try to deliver something similar with my next reel. Never been easier than this.
This is the best tool on the market for what information I need from my boyfriend's Instagram page. I feel much more secure now that I'm finally sure he unfollowed all his exes and doesn't secretly like their posts.
Didn't track ANY activity for a full week even though I know the user was very active that week. I emailed support and they just said "as we can see the service did not track actions made by the monitored user", and won't reply to my emails any further. Don't waste your money.

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with Snoopreport and our support team response time.
In fact we had a mail server misconfigured for 2 days and no outgoing mail was delivered in that timeframe, one of those never delivered emails was our reply to you, it's totally unacceptable and we apologize for that.
All emails from those days are now delivered and we basically issued full refunds, all money spent on Snoopreport, for everyone affected including you as a compensation. Hope that it satisfactory.
As far as partial/empty report issue: we investigated the case, relaunched likes collecting process several times and found that person of interest was in fact barely active yet 3 other weekly reports have some likes in them, please take a look.
As a reminder (Terms of Service) We can track most Instagram likes and follows, but we do not guarantee we track them all. You will see about 5%-75% of actions performed by public Instagram accounts in your report.
Primarily likes delivered to big accounts with dozens of thousands likes per post and more will not be included in the report due to technical limitations yet those likes are of less value to our users anyways. Likes to private accounts posts are never shown to public as well (Terms of Service and Privacy Policy).
We did not hear back from you, please check your emails and reply if you have a chance.
We asked you to please provide the list of likes performed by the account in the mentioned period so we can investigate how we missed those and improve service for you and other users.
