Socyal's AI-powered insights aim to help organizations identify patterns and trends in feedback and collaboration. Think of it as a friendly assistant that helps spotlight areas where teams might be feeling challenges, even if they aren't voiced out loud.
Sometimes teams might be working hard, but not necessarily in the same direction giving birth to the so-called misalignment of priorities. Socyal intervenes by identifying potential discrepancies in team objectives or perceptions. For instance, if multiple team members highlight concerns or feedback about a certain project's direction, Socyal can flag it for managerial review.
As for remote work, while it offering flexibility, sometimes it also brings the challenge of feeling "out of the loop". Socyal can help identify if certain team members might be feeling isolated based on the feedback they're receiving, or perhaps not receiving. By providing these insights, managers can proactively reach out, ensuring everyone feels connected and valued.
As for the workflow, it's pretty straightforward! As users interact, give feedback, and collaborate on Socyal, our AI quietly analyzes this data in the background. When it identifies potential areas of interest, it gently nudges them to the forefront for managerial or personal review. It's all about ensuring that no important feedback or trend goes unnoticed!
AI is still a young field with a lot of room to grow and we are constantly working on understanding how to use it and grow along with it in order to make Socyal even more intuitive and helpful for our users. We're super excited about the foundation we've built, but we've got plenty more in store for this feature!

Our AI doesn't just churn out generic advice. Instead, it uses the vast amounts of data input it receives from individuals to generate insights. That means it's constantly learning and adapting to the specifics of your feedback patterns, interactions, and even the nuances in the way you communicate.
Furthermore, while our AI provides insights and recommendations, the final decision always rests with the users and the organization. We designed Socyal as a continuous performance management tool, which means that feedback isn't a one-time message but the start of a continuous dialogue. People can continue discussions based on feedback within the app itself and within the context of what the feedback was based on.
Socyal also allows feedback to be given in relative terms as part of various "activities" within which feedback is embedded. This includes our unique relative positioning activity, and also star ratings (we have a couple more unique "activities" up our sleeve, but they are not yet ready to be revealed).
These features aim to provide a more nuanced and contextual understanding of performance and associated feedback.
In addition to simply giving feedback, people can also request feedback from others about themselves, or from others about someone else especially if they are in a leadership position. This encourages a culture of open and constructive feedback exchange, with the ability to follow up and track progress on various areas requiring improvement.
Our aim has been to make feedback a catalyst for growth and positive change so that people can continuously improve.
