To add to what my co-founders have mentioned, it's amazing how a 15-minute live, out of the box interaction contributes to team productivity in a remote world.
From all the trials we've had prior to launch, the common feedback was that teams feel more engaged, more valued, and more creative after being "sparked."
Team leaders have also shared that they now plan to use Sparks as a way to:
