Hi everyone! I’m Shashi, founder of Superagentic AI. SpecMem was born completely by accident during the Kiroween Hackathon in San Francisco. One wrong turn in the city led me into AWS Builders Loft, where I tried Kiro for the first time and immediately saw the chaos in today’s agentic coding workflows. Specs everywhere. Markdown formats everywhere. Agents forgetting everything. Total fragmentation. So I built SpecMem: a unified Agent Experience and pragmatic memory layer that gives coding agents real context and lets developers switch tools without rebuilding everything from scratch. The goal is simple: make agents smarter, workflows faster, and free developers from vendor lock-in. SpecMem works with Kiro, GitHub SpecKit, Tessl and also plays nicely with non-SDD agents like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Factory, Warp and others. It includes SpecImpact for selective testing, a unified semantic memory layer, drift detection, a live dashboard, GitHub Action, and full MCP integration. This is only the beginning.
