We've all been there: you open Instagram to check a message from a friend but end up wasting an hour watching videos of alpacas.
Before you can open addictive apps, SpeedBump asks you how long you want to use them. The longer you choose, the longer the delay. Once time's up, it annoys you out with rain, dancing cats, and more – helping you stay intentional and accountable.
This is such a smart idea! 🚀 I always end up doomscrolling without realizing it. Definitely need something like this to snap me out of it! 👏
