Since finding Spocket, I have been thoroughly enjoying adding amazing items to my site. The fact that many suppliers are based in the US makes shipping so much faster, which is a huge bonus! I also cannot say enough about their customer service. They respond quickly and always have an answer for me. So thankful to have found them!

I got my first order from one of their suppliers, but it does not show on my Orders list. So basically I can't ship to my customers. On top of this they are really slow at responding. And when they do respond, they don't provide solution on my huge pain point (that's what not being able to ship is). Instead, they just say that their team is working on it. I don't even know how long will it take. I can understand the technical issues, but can't tolerate useless customer support. So, I'm kind of in a phase where I don't know whether should I keep spending money on marketing and sell "their" products. Shortly, it sucks right now.

I like Spocket because I can sell local, homemade and quality products, so you can feel perfectly ok charging the premium price.
