Reviewers mostly see Spoke as a useful meeting recorder and transcription tool that saves time, lets them focus on conversations instead of note-taking, and works especially well for sales, workshops, coaching, research, and SOPs. People repeatedly praise its accurate, fast transcripts, easy Zoom or calendar-based recording, highlights, and flexible AI summaries and templates. Absolute gamechanger! I've been using Spoke.ai for a few weeks now and I am blown away by how useful it is to record meetings and highlight relevant parts. But what really sets Spoke apart is its founder, Lazare. He is incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any questions or issues that arise. I've never felt like I was dealing with a faceless tech company - Lazare truly cares about his customers and it shows in his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend Spoke.ai to literally any business as the usecases are infinite! The platform is easy to use, the AI is impressively intelligent, and the support from Lazare is second to none.

As someone who attends numerous virtual meetings, I often struggle to fully engage while also taking comprehensive notes. Fortunately, I've been relying on Spoke for some time now to solve this problem by recording and transcribing my meetings and easily sharing them with participants. What I particularly appreciate about Spoke is how it seamlessly integrates with my Zoom meetings once they're added to my calendar, automatically recording and transcribing without any additional effort on my part. It's a "set it and forget it" solution that yields fantastic results. And now, with the new GPT-4 integration, I'm blown away! I can simply ask Spoke to summarize all the topics or even just one specific topic. It can also generate a list of the most important questions asked by participants, as well as provide feedback given by them. This means I no longer have to sift through transcripts myself and can easily copy the information to my notes or use it for social media. Additionally, Spoke links its answers to specific parts of the video where the information was discussed, essentially creating a table of contents for the entire meeting, allowing me to save time by skipping through lengthy meeting videos in search of a certain part. I've been using Spoke now for a couple of months and I have to say - the GPT-4 AI Meeting template are simply AMAZING! It makes it so much easier to focus on the meeting participants during a meeting instead of trying to identify the key takeaways, action points and taking note of everything. Spoke does it for you! Simply write whatever you need summarized or extracted after the meeting and Spoke will extract and summarize all that information for you. Or you use the AI templates to preset the takeaways you want to get out of certain meeting types. E.g. prospect calls: Pain Points, Action Steps, Timeline etc. Lazare and his team are very responsive and eager to improve it even further. I highly recommend Spoke to anyone who does meetings (> probably everyone)! Once you've checked it out, you don't want to miss it anymore.

I've been using Spoke for a while now to record and transcribe my online workshops and 1:1 coachings and share it with participants. I really love that it just joins my zoom meetings when i put them in the calendar and then records+ transcribes them without any further effort of mine. Just set it and forget it and enjoy the result :) BUT The new GPT-4 integration is mind-blowing! I can simply ask it: - summerize all the topics - summerize topic xyz - make a list of the most important questions my participants had - what was the feedback given by the participants? It just gives it all back to me - i don't need to look into the transript myself. And i can just copy it to my notes or use it for social media. Furthermore it links it's answers to the part of the video, where it got the information from. So it is like a table of content for the hole 3 hour workshop or a coaching - no more skipping through the videos to find a specific part. That is extra value for me + my clients (and right now most other trainers don't offer that with a 1:1 or workshop recording). This is something i was dreaming about! And i guess it can do a lot more i did not come up with yet :) So thanks for keeping up the great work @lazare_rossillon + Spoke-Team!

Bad Support and Poor Quality. They responded that they were too busy for a conference, updates, and vacation when I asked them over eight months ago to help fix the transcription mistakes for Indonesian. They immediately ceased transcription for the Indonesian language without responding to my inquiry last week. Spoke has greatly disappointed me. Four months later, they discontinued support for screen recording, video highlight downloads, and file uploads... I switched to MeetGeek, which works well and is superior to Spoke.

We've started to use spoke.app for our sales operations across 3 countries, two months ago. Great app! -Sales are more efficient as they know right away what to focus on -They never miss any follow up action discussed during the call -The tool helps us to train new joiners, and also to help sales reflect on their performance and compare each others -It helps us track the quality of discussion with great accuracy -The app is damn simple to use! Keep up the great work!

For a free tool it does the job perfectly. I invite Spoke to my meetings, let it record, and voila I receive a transcription and meeting highlights. The Google Meet extension is a nice touch so that you can indicate important moments and find them again with ease afterwards, annotated and all. Well worth a try.

Spoke has quickly become a staple in my daily operations software. I do a lot of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and this has streamlined my process. I love the fact that I can select the key highlights and send a video with just the pertinent information... nothing more, nothing less.

Best AI meeting summary provider I've found. Truly free with no cap on summaries. I use it daily for work and it easily cuts 60+ minutes out of my day. The prompts you can add into templates are incredible. Will be sad when this one is no longer free.

Spoke has proven to be a phenomenal addition to our team. Each meeting gets recorded, and I frequently revisit the recordings to recall discussions and agreements made. Lazare and the team have consistently been receptive to community input, using it to enhance their product over time. Without hesitation, I give it a 5-star rating and assure you that trying it out, and ultimately investing in it, will be a decision you won't regret.
