I recently created a new tool called "Spot" that I'd like to share with you all. As someone who's had to deal with the frustration of broken ansible dependencies and the endless googling required to add even the most trivial of things to playbooks, I realized there must be a better way. That's why I created Spot - a simple yet flexible tool for automating DevOps tasks. Spot supports all the usual things - simple(r) playbook (both YAML and TOML supported), inventory, multiple target's environments, concurrent deployment, ad-hoc commands, dry runs, and more. I've tried to make it as straightforward and easy to use as possible. I've been using it to replace a bunch of my ansible playbooks and was able to do it quickly.
