This journey started with my own struggles in trying to launch & grow startups and my websites over the years, and I’ve created ‘Easy Wins’ to be a compendium database of all the tactics & strategies you can use to grow your project – whether it’s getting your first 10 customers, or your next 1000! A couple of years ago, I found myself stuck. I had an amazing product but no clue how to get it in front of the right people. I was drowning in a sea of marketing advice, much of it vague or outdated. Frustrated, I started meticulously curating every marketing tactic and strategy that actually worked. This was a journey through the wilds of X (Twitter, at that time) and through random YouTube videos and underground forums looking for those marketing tactics that really moved the needle for a startup. Startup Marketing Easy Wins has specific tactics for both SaaS and e-commerce (as well as products and apps in general), but out of those two, it's more centered on SaaS products. There are definitely tactics & strategies here that will work for e-commerce, too. I should note that I also have an eCommerce store, as well as a course business (through Filmmaking Lifestyle) and I've used strategies found here in SMEW to leverage both of those. Hope that helps!
