Very interesting framework! Looking forward to reading your book! I've been working a lot with the Business Model Canvas (and their Value Proposition iterations) and that had been very helpful with the startups that I am involved with. Your two frameworks seem complementary, as yours is more "operational". Do you have experience with using both of them with the founders in the same projects? The Business Model Canvas for the overall strategy on the long term, yours to kickstart the project? Would you recommend this?
I've been using Startup Rocket in private beta for my new venture, and it's helped me immensely. Especially in the way of making me answer questions about it that I wouldn't have thought of on my own.
@skroob Thanks Mike! Glad it's working well for you. Keep telling us how we can get better for more founders/teams as well. Your beta feedback has been great.

Excellent product. Actually exactly what I was looking for and it happened to pop up on Product Hunt today. Been good so far, only complaint I have is with the auto save feature. As soon as I start typing, the auto save seems to run and cancels out my typing. I then have to click back in the text box to continue typing. On chrome 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit) & macOS Sierra 10.12 Beta.
@kevinthecyborg that's no good. :-( Mind if we reach out to you direct for some more details as well?

Fantastic tool will help to eliminate scope creep and endless pivots many founders go through. Give this framework to a tough taskmaster on the team and it's a strong boilerplate to keep the project on track.
Many founders are great idea people but they can't execute on the ideas properly. THis is a huge step in the right direction.
@workstationw Thanks Bill! It's tough to keep us humans focused sometimes. Glad that you're finding this helpful. Let us know if you find things we can improve as well. Cheers.

This is great entrepreneurs are becoming more and more popular and from what I have heard from friends the first step is the hardest. I will pass this a long to people who might be interested.

Looks nice, but goes bit against #7daystartup idea. Which would work better?
@sielay Thanks for the feedback. Curious what you're liking about the #7daystartup method. Would love to know a bit more about what you're working on launching as well :-)

@tristarter I am just humbly testing that principle. You can find idea here http://7daystartup.com I like model you presented, but I found that this level of complexity can kill before you start to measure, when you have scare resources. Will give a shout, if 7DS will work for me, if would.
@sielay Thanks! I just spent some time reading up on #7daystartup, studying the outline and reviews a bit, etc... and in general it looks fantastic for the scope it is tackling. I'll look forward to reading it and learning more; I suspect we'll add it to our recommended resources to help amp founders up on the hustle needed to be successful.
Also, I'd encourage you to jump into our web app and click through the steps and coaching guides. I'd be curious to learn more about how this goes 'against' the #7daystartup, as it appears to be a great compliment, especially for the early stages of our framework.

@wclittle@tristarter I bet you have that in your T&C, but could you give more light on security of input users leave there, how you'd use it, what is your nondisclosure policy?
