Good tool to keep your saas tools easily accessible and separate from the clutter of the tab crowd.
I use it alongside Franz (which development seems, sadly, to be stopped) as Station doesn't allow the use of personal apps.
Here is my use case :
Franz is my communication hub. I put
- my mailboxes (3 gmail accounts : pro - personal - newsletter&marketing dedicated box)
- whatsapp
- facebook messenger
- linkedin inbox
Station is my saas tool hub. Apps I use in it :
- Teamleader (our CRM)
- Trello
- Wunderlist
- Confluence (wiki)
- Notion
- Linkedin (as the website keep bugging in chrome - what a shame-)
Apps I keep apart:
- Evernote. The web app is way below the desktop app.
- Slack. I like to have it apart for quicker access
- Calendar. I like to have it apart (I use clean google calendar chrome extension).
Yes @raphchabaud, sounds like a good workflow!
On my side, I use Station for every professional-related applications, chats included (the notification center helps me focus when I need it) and I use Franz for personal communication.
Therefore, I keep work and perso separated.
Station is a life-changer. Spending half my day in it, 5 days a week.
The team has been incredibly fast and efficient at hunting down all the small bugs and the performance issues that come with having so many Saas running at the same time (and that was already bringing my Chrome to its knees)
Thanks to the team for providing such an improvement into my professional workflow. And congratulations on the design, it's gorgeous.
Thanks @laurent_vb and, moreover, thank you for the time you spent perfecting Station with us as a beta-user! :)

This is a great application. My only issue is that when I click to press on one of the apps, the side menu pops out and there is very little or irrelevant information there. A slight niggle, I know but one that I'm constantly facing. Really impressed with the app marketplace and looking forward to more!
Thanks @leefranchap, we are adding more and more apps! Regarding the side menu, we know that's a UI element we need to improve indeed. This iteration is not the perfect one.. but not the last one! We are considering solutions with @welcometothesky Stay tuned!

@welcometothesky@al3xstrat Many thanks! Of course it isn't the last one. Keep on growing! May I suggest my HR SaaS, CakeHR? I see you have a few, like BambooHR. If you need to contact directly to work with us, I'm happy to lead that.
I just received an email saying Station knew I had stopped using it. I was away from my computer for a week. Super creepy that they are keeping logs. I personally do not trust them any more and won't be using it anytime soon.
C'mon man, every single app out there does that. If you had an app wouldn't you want to know how many active users it has, etc?

I've used Station for a few months now, apart from a break of a few weeks when I changed company. After a couple of weeks without it, I had to contact the team to get access again because I fell into the Infinite Chrome Tab problem, which Station fixes.
It's great to keep you productive, keeping all of your work apps in one place, and well organised too. Need a Google Sheet, find it in a tab under Drive. Need ProdPad or Hotjar? Just click the logo and you're back in. Need to focus? Just turn off notifications. Need a new app added? Just ask the guys and they'll add it to their backlog.
Pros:
Clean, great support
Cons:
Doesn't yet support password manager, or Chrome apps like Grammarly
We have started the support for Chrome extensions with some like Mixmax, Clearbit.. Grammarly is on the waiting list! Soon!

No shortcut in desktop nor in all programs, How to re-launch the app once it is closed? It took me 15 min to add and configure all of my apps, I closed it to see it remembers my sign in's only to find that I can't re-launch as there is no shortcut.
Edit: Had to search user directory for exe file or had to relaunch the installation exe
@monarksingh
- no shortcuts: it's supposed to be in a "Help > Keyboard Sortcuts" menu. Have you seen it on your Station?
- the apps are not supposed to disappear after restarting the app. There is a support chat in the app (bottom left chat icon), can you reach out there, it will be easier to debug.

Finally, i can bring my count of open browser tabs to a number where i can start to see the favicons and title tags again!
@mustermania good question! If you built a (pro) web application, we can integrate it into Station for sure. Just drop the name, url and icon of your app.
That being said, if you want your app to integrate deeper w/ Station (plug to unified search, subdock panel, notification center etc..), stay tuned, we plan to release an extension SDK! :)

Pros:I liked how it could put all the apps in app.
Cons:For now stop being so creepy.
