I was skeptical about the idea and then I used it and feel it has been really useful for focusing on the noise of the people who's recent tweets I want to see and blocking out the noise of tweets you don't want to see all the time. I think it's really social media zero for people who you really want to see every tweet otherwise for the others I don't feel motivation to get to zero new tweets for them.
Nice, I can see myself using this almost exclusively if a couple of things were added, like conversation views.
Also, this would be even better with an ability to unfollow the user you just viewed for a few moments after you've just finished looking at all their tweets. Using this for 5 minutes I've realised how many people I follow have posted 5 inane tweets in 24 hours and not one thing I find interesting.
@jaiganticness We will definitely be adding the ability to unfollow a user from directly within Storyline! Thanks for checking out the app.

Mark Cuban didn't invent this, btw - it's a spinout of a feature in Xpire's original app http://techcrunch.com/2014/09/17..., which he invested in. Cuban is not this app's creator/founder. Xpire LLC is run by Jesse Stauffer.
I think this was the most limiting experience I have ever seen, I feel like I can't get into the app, like information is hidden and I am looking for it. Twitter is not about limitations its live interactions, I am not sure this is the direction twitter would go, I am sure they would lose a ton of users.
