Lawrence Kenshin has received a lot of praise for his striking breakdown work here: http://lawrencekenshin.com/testi... My personal review of his first book: Let me first say that I highly recommend this book. I’ve had a hard time finding quality Muay Thai reading material, and this one really delivers. The videos are surprisingly effective, especially when used in conjunction with words and images to explain techniques. The details about the various guards are fascinating. Thanks to this book I’ve already seen improvements with my switch kick and low kicks. Looking forward to the next one!
