Struvia helps general contractors automate preconstruction: AI-automated takeoff, estimate prep, subcontractor outreach, bid collection, and bid leveling in one place. Built for teams that still manage bids across PDFs, spreadsheets, email threads, and manual follow-up.

Hey, I’m Baylor, founder of Struvia.
I’m building Struvia because construction bidding is still painfully manual.
General contractors are juggling plans, takeoffs, estimates, subcontractor lists, bid invites, follow-ups, and responses across PDFs, spreadsheets, email, and phone calls.
Existing solutions either only focus on a single scope (ie roofing, floor plans, windows, etc), or still require manual clickthrough from an estimator.
Struvia brings that preconstruction workflow into one place. The goal is to help GCs move faster from plans to bids with AI-automated takeoff and estimating, organized subcontractor outreach, and cleaner bid collection and levelling.
This is not meant to replace estimators or relationships. It is meant to remove repetitive coordination work so construction teams can spend more time on judgment, pricing, and winning the right jobs.
I’d love feedback from anyone in construction, estimating, subcontracting, or vertical SaaS.

Would love to see a built-in scope coverage check that flags gaps between the takeoff and the subcontractor scopes before bid leveling. Even a rough heuristic flagging missing divisions (like division 23 if mechanical bids are missing) would save my team from chasing that manually in spreadsheets every week.

@ersin156178 This exists! I kept the demo brief but the system flags scope gaps (and some of our clients have set it up so that our agents will automatically follow up with the subs to ask for those inclusions).

So cool. Estimating has so many little details and if AI can pull them, that would save so much time.
