Across the 100+ languages, how well do you handle accents and code‑switching, especially for mixed English/local phrases?

The 100 million calls per month scale claim is ambitious. Most voice AI platforms struggle with consistent quality even at much smaller volumes due to infrastructure bottlenecks and model limitations.
How do you handle the latency issues you mentioned, especially across 100+ languages? Cross-language models typically have higher inference times, and maintaining conversational flow becomes harder when you're supporting that many languages simultaneously.
The 1M+ calls across 7 enterprises is solid traction, but that averages to about 143K calls per enterprise. Definitely going to test the platform to see how it handles more complex conversation flows beyond basic support scenarios.
As someone who has worked with call automation tools before, the biggest pain point was always cost vs. quality—you had to sacrifice one for the other. SuperU AI is the first tool I’ve seen that doesn’t force that trade-off. Costs are practical for scale, but the quality of conversations is still surprisingly high. The drag-and-drop templates are icing on the cake; you don’t need to be a developer to get started. A win for startups and enterprises alike.

I’ve been skeptical about voice AI because so many solutions feel robotic, with awkward pauses and cutoffs. SuperU AI really flips that narrative.
