The Boostopia Support Store is a line of graphic tees, wall art, and accessories for customer support agents and managers to help them celebrate the work they do every day.
-Some other items could include: stickers with the designs, as well as digital downloads so that CS members could use them as desktop backgrounds, or even computer skins.
-Would be great if there was a way to send a team member a digital gift card so that they can pick out their own item
-Adding a few humorous / punny options

The idea makes complete sense, and it's a great way to help customer support folks get more fulfillment and satisfaction out of what they do, and take pride in the value they bring! I love it.
However, the video threw me off a little bit because it wasn't clear to me that the gear store was the product. Admittedly, I only passively read the title. I saw the word "Support" and assumed the product had something to do with getting support, not celebrating customer support workers. I kept looking at the inspirational messages on the gear as inspirational copy that was leading me to the unveil of the product...but actually, the product WAS the gear....and the store you could find them in. Again, a large part of this was viewer error, but still, it may be worth not just showing, but telling in the video. Feel free to hit me up if you want to discuss more! Love the designs, and idea!
