As a fully certified member of the lazy club™ this looks great. Really nice interaction with how it lets the person receiving the present know they've got a gift, and prompts them to fill out the address themselves. Nice work 👍
@fredrivett I think if we are honest with ourselves, everyone is in the Lazy Club :) We all like that which saves us effort and time, and that's exactly what we have set out to do! Thanks for your positive feedback. This is just the start. We will be getting better and better. Promise!

Love this app, such a lifesaver! Got me out of trouble multiple times when I forgot my friends’ birthdays.
I like core of the idea. But it took me way too long to confirm that your service was about real gifts sent to postal addresses.
The marketing messaging distracts from the proposition for me. "60 Second Delivery™" isn't a message focused on the service's USP - the gift will take much longer to arrive. "arrives beautifully-wrapped virtually to their phone" isn't a message focused on the USP either.
I read the iTunes description and it wasn't until 6th paragraph, last line: "SwiftGift delivers the physical gift" that I was sure the app involved real gifts - paragraph 3 listing shops suggested it did but those shops were delimited in "not important information" brackets.
And one can't send "Flowers to Phone Numbers" either.
I suggest simplifying the messaging rather than wrapping it up and leading with your USP and not your app functionality.
@carlhunterroach Thank you very much for your insightful feedback. Fully understand what you are saying, and you are right - it should be clear what we do from the get-go.
It's tough to explain a paradigm-shifting technology in a few sentences and we really want to make clear that now you can gift in "60 seconds". Meaning that your social gifting responsibility is done in this time, but the physical gift arrives later...
We are taking on board your comments and will articulate our USP better in the next release.
Thank you for taking the time to write some constructive criticism. We actually do appreciate it!
Hope you will enjoy the service nonetheless :)

The app works great - I like the potential of gift suggestion and can see that it's still in its infancy stage. There is one big issue - my friends didn't know the text was coming from me and thought it was a hack message and never claimed the gift.

Perfect timing for Christmas. Do you have any plans for a Facebook messenger bot version?
@karenquannie It is on our roadmap, though we have several other exciting announcements before we get there. We are getting lots of questions about a Facebook Bot though, and have to give the people what they want! :)
