The checkout builder works fine as software, even though it’s cluttered with too many bits and pieces. My review is about how the yearly plan was sold. I bought it on 15 October because it included Ducky, and the next morning support told me Ducky, the WhatsApp support chat and the community wouldn’t be part of my account. They pointed me to a clause in the terms saying these extras are offered at their discretion. That clause wasn’t in the terms when I signed up. The terms were updated on 16 October, the day after I asked how to set up Ducky and the same morning support emailed me. The updated terms even say customers who started before 16 October keep what they were promised. I started on 15 October.
The interface is really easy to use. I've been using Thrivecart for a while and this alternative is much faster for me to setup each time I have a new checkout to create.
