It's great to see a platform that transforms Notion content into an embeddable Help Center, catering specifically to the needs of SaaS companies. The automated creation and easy customization features sound particularly user-friendly.
I'm curious about your roadmap – what additional features or integrations can users expect in the future?
Also I know many people in the startup SaaS ecosystem are using Intercom - If you could speak to that as a competitor or maybe even as a complementary product that would be super helpful!

We're working on adding AI chat support for the docs, and some more templates for folks who prefer a different Help Center look!
Intercom does indeed work with Help Centers, but our goal is to target Notion users and make their process more streamlined without needed to shift their data anywhere outside :)

@parul0_0 Got it so build in notion and keep that workflow consistent - remove barriers from having to switch / port info into whatever platform ex: Intercom (or whoever else)

@parul0_0 Congrats on the launch! I tried Synced. so the onboarding process was very smooth. I also love the feature to sync the link with a specific part of the article, not just the URL. The feature will increase the success rate of onboarding and reduce the number of support tickets.
