Hi everyone! We built Syndicate.
It's a desktop app where instead of chatting with one AI, you manage a small team of them. You give a goal or project to a manager agent (Atlas), and it breaks the work down, spins up specialist agents, and delegates. The agents message each other through an inbox, hand work off directly, and you watch the whole thing happen on a live canvas. Each agent has its own persistent files: a "DNA" identity/role file and a working memory, plus a shared Decision Ledger so the team doesn't re-ask you the same things next session.
Why we built it: single-agent tools top out fast on anything with real sub-parts. We kept manually playing project manager between separate chat windows, copy-pasting context around. We were lacking real agent coordination. So Syndicate was born.
You sign in with AI accounts you already have (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini), so there are no API keys to manage and your logins stay on your machine.
We just launched a closed beta and we'd love your feedback on the app!

The live canvas idea sounds great for visualizing how the agents work together. One thing that would make it even better is letting me save and share canvas sessions as replayable links, so teammates who aren't signed in can review how a complex task was broken down and pick up where I left off.
One thing I'd love to see is a way to save and replay canvas sessions, so you can step back through how the agents collaborated or share the workflow with a teammate who wasn't there to watch it unfold live.

Finally tried Syndicate and the live canvas is genuinely useful for seeing which agent is doing what at a glance. Hooking up my Claude and ChatGPT accounts took maybe a minute.

The live canvas idea is really well executed, watching the agents hand work off to each other in real time makes the whole thing feel less like a chatbot and more like actual teamwork.
