One of the things I appreciated most about Talisman is its user-friendly interface. Navigating through our software spending data was super simple. This has been/will be invaluable in understanding where our money is going and identifying areas where we can optimize our spending.
UI and UX is amazingly cool - intuitive, concise yet powerful. Uncovering insights of your spend management. And these days of subscription SaaS tech stacks, a need for a management layer to provide clarity for monthly and yearly spend is a welcome solution.

I'm Chiko, the CEO and founder of Talisman. After three years of hard work, I'm excited to introduce you to Talisman, a project our tiny team poured their heart and soul into.
Growing up in a family of makers, I’ve always been obsessed with making things people love. My father, an engineer by trade, always preached the importance of doing the job the right way, and my mother, a nurse, preached doing the work with love. My grandfather, born in colonial Zimbabwe, was a mango farmer who took pride in creating the tastiest mangos his region had ever tasted, regardless of the effort required to achieve this goal.
Unlike my grandfather, my passion is not mangos but software products. The idea for Talisman is one I stumbled into while leading a team at a late-stage startup, and the problem felt large enough that we could work years on it and continue to expand the offering.
While working at that start-up, I noticed the same problems pop up for companies: the hassle of managing countless subscriptions, tracking their cost, and the confusion over who's using what and who's paying for it all.
So, we decided to tackle these problems head-on by creating Talisman. By securely connecting to your bank account, Talisman can:
* Discover and alert you to SaaS subscriptions
* Detect which card is being used for payments
* Allow team members to communicate with each other through activity logs on each subscription
* Receive notifications on upcoming renewals and overcharges

With multiple subscriptions, it’s easy to forget about them, making it a hassle to actually pay the extra costs without using the actual benefits. This sounds like a great idea that I believe would benefit many companies; can’t wait to see what’s next for Talisman!
