Congratulations for the product lunch!!!
Voice searching option is available?
How is it handling the user's biased response.
@karn_tiwari Voice is not supported yet. Currently Talkbar is focused on delivering a fast, reliable text experience. That said, voice is definitely on our roadmap as we expand input modes.
Handling biased and tricky user inputs is where guardrails become really important. Talkbar is designed to stay grounded strictly in the website’s content and business context. So:
It avoids answering questions that are out of scope or not supported by the site
It prioritizes factual, source-backed responses over speculative ones
If something is unclear or not available, it’s designed to gracefully say so instead of guessing
The goal is to keep responses relevant, safe, and aligned with what the business actually offers, rather than letting the conversation drift.
@harshsharma024 You add Talkbar to your Shopify store with a simple embed code (works with Google Tag Manager too). It crawls your store's content, product pages, FAQs, policies, and lets your visitors search across all of it in natural language.

The insight about visitor questions being a signal that analytics never captures is really smart. I never thought about it that way but yeah, someone asking "do you integrate with Shopify" is way more valuable data than a pageview.
How does it handle content updates? Like if I change my pricing page does Talkbar automatically re-index or do I have to manually trigger it? That's usually where these tools get annoying for teams that ship fast.
@mihir_kanzariya Thanks Mihir, that's exactly the insight we built around. Every question a visitor asks is a signal about what your site isn't making clear enough, and that data just doesn't show up in traditional analytics.
On re-indexing: Talkbar periodically re-crawls your site content (the re-index rate depends on the tier), so updates like pricing page changes get picked up automatically. No manual triggers needed.
Does Talkbar understand the specific page the user is currently on, or does it only pull from the global site index?
Is the user interaction data stored in a way that is GDPR/CCPA compliant, especially if users accidentally type personal info into the bar?
Can we expect some more features in future like,
Deep integration with CMS, so that it can read metadata, categories, tags and other backend data, so it can provide much more structured and accurate results
Went through the WeWork pre-made demo, Really impressive and works great.
@rahul_kushwah11 Thanks so much for the positive feedback Rahul!
