I’m Artyom Dovgopol, founder of Taskee.pro. With 15+ years of experience leading teams in oil & gas, telecom, and real estate, I’ve seen firsthand how messy project management can get. Finding the right tool was always a challenge – so I’ve decided to…well, build one.
Taskee.pro started as a simple internal tracker but quickly became something more. It helped our team get organized without the usual complexity, and that’s when I realized – this could work for any team, anywhere.

Taskee is built to give teams a clear structure with features like customizable statuses and a clean Kanban system — but at the same time, it stays flexible.
Different teams work differently, so we focused on:
— Allowing each project to have its own structure and flow;
— Simple reordering and adjusting tasks on the go;
— Soon, we plan to add voice task creation and audio notes to make workflows even more adaptable.
We believe productivity tools should adjust to teams — not the other way around 💛

We totally understand — Trello is a great tool, and many users are looking for ways to sync and migrate. While direct Trello integration isn’t live yet, it’s definitely on our roadmap!
In the meantime, we’re working on import/export features to make transitions smoother, and integrations with popular tools are coming soon. Stay tuned!

@radiantspace Thanks for the question, Yury! Right now, we don't have a way to transfer boards from other tools. But getting started with new task boards on our platform is super easy! You can gradually switch over by finishing up tasks in your old tool while creating your new boards here. We offer lots more features, like file storage, messaging, and more. Thanks for the idea though, we'll definitely talk about it with the team!
Congrats, how flexible it is in terms of customizations. adding custom fields for tracking and custom statuses? does it provide AI support for creating descriptions and details?

Great question! Right now, Taskee allows custom statuses to tailor your workflow. Adding custom fields for tracking is on our roadmap — we definitely see how valuable that can be!
As for future features, we’re planning to add voice-based functionality: voice task creation and audio notes. We believe it will make task management even faster and more natural. Stay tuned!
@akapaska yep voice-based task creation is surely attractive and interesting and even integrating with zoom meeting and automatically generating tasks based on meeting minutes could be a cool feature too.
