TaskFlow is a project management tool designed to help university students organise requirements, break projects into tasks, estimate workload, and keep their teams on track.
We re currently launching our working prototype. Some features are still limited, and task assignment is currently manual.
We re sharing it now because we want to learn from real students.
What should we build next?
TaskFlow is still a working prototype, and we know there’s a lot more we can build.
So I’d love to hear from students and project teams.
What’s one feature you wish your project management tool could do for you?
We’re listening.
This is a really relatable problem, especially for university group projects where task ownership can often become unclear. TaskFlow focuses on turning requirements into actionable tasks with estimated hours and clear responsibility. We would be adding more features like workload balancing, skill-based task suggestions, and progress tracking as the product evolves.
