Taskip is a modern client portal software built for digital agencies and service based businesses. Instead of using scattered tools, it combines Service Catalog, CRM, Quotations, Invoicing, Project Management, Team Collaboration, Documents, Emails, Forms, Support, Meeting Scheduler, Automation and more. It also provides a fully white labeled branded portal where clients can track project updates, access files, approve proposals, submit tickets, schedule meetings, and make payments.

The idea for Taskip came from a frustration we faced while running our own software company. We were using many different tools just to manage daily work. Clients, projects, communication, billing, and meetings were all in separate places.
We used HubSpot for CRM, Calendly for meetings, Trello for projects, Notion for documents, and another tool for support tickets. Even with all these tools, things still slipped through the cracks and we were losing clients in the chaos.
So we built Taskip. A single platform that helps agencies and service businesses manage everything with their clients in one place.

Just discovered Taskip and it immediately caught my attention.
From a project and operations perspective, having projects, clients, communication, and invoicing in one system could simplify a lot of daily work. First impression feels very well thought out.

Migrating from tools like ClickUp, Monday, or Notion is quite straightforward. Taskip supports easy data import via CSV, so you can move projects, tasks, and client data with minimal effort. Our team is also happy to assist if you need help during the migration.

do you already support granular client permissions (e.g., per-project or per-document visibility) so agencies can tailor what each stakeholder sees inside the portal?

Granular client permissions (like per-project or per-document visibility) are not available yet in Taskip. However, it’s definitely something we’re considering as the platform evolves, since we know agencies often need to tailor what different stakeholders can see inside the client portal.
Right now, clients can access their projects, files, approvals, and communication through the branded portal, and we’re continuing to expand permission controls over time.

Taskip and the team behind it are one of the great ones! They have been iterating and improving constantly since launch and they really listen to their community. One of the best tools I have invested in. Honestly, it took me awhile to come around (I am far to nitpicky) but once I started to set it up properly, Taskip has become invaluable in my business workflow!! Brilliant app! I hope that the PH community can see the value and share the love.
