TaxiDex: All-in-one dispatch software for taxi and limo fleets

Hi Product Hunt 👋 We built TaxiDex after seeing how taxi and private-hire operators actually run their fleets — either on systems that take a cut of every trip, or on software that hasn't meaningfully changed in a decade. Three things we cared about: • Fleets should own their brand. The passenger and driver apps ship under the operator's name, not ours. • Dispatch logic should be theirs. Assign by proximity, vehicle class, driver rating, or custom rules — with a live map of every vehicle and zone. • Pricing should be predictable. Per active driver, no per-trip overage. The fare engine handles zones, surge, taxes and promos in one auditable flow, payments run through Stripe and Square, and corporate accounts get their own billing.
