I discovered this a few weeks ago and did a trial, I quickly used up all my trial credits and saw the value and became a customer. I've only tapped into a fraction of what is possible, but I find for marketing tasks, I just like the way you can train and empower an agent and the output is excellent compared to me trying to do it in other tools I have.
