Dear PH community,
The job market is pretty tough right now. We’ve experienced it firsthand when trying to find a job via common job boards like LinkedIn or Indeed. Competition is intense. Limited filters and “Recommended jobs” that feel like they are recommended to a different person do not make it much better. 🥲 I thought that there should be a better solution to do it. So over the past 3 months, we’ve created Ten Jobs.
✨ How it works:
1. Describe your ideal company + job in a prompt, and/or upload your CV.
2. Discover the vacancies and see your strengths/weaknesses based on your profile.
✨ How is it different from most traditional job boards?
Firstly, a prompt-based approach will allow you to be more specific when you are looking for a job. From industry to company stage to working conditions, you can find your preferred vacancies much faster. And uploading your CV will help you find the matches even if you are unsure what you’re looking for. 🔮
Also, I believe that the best results from the job hunt come not from sending AI-generated applications in bulk but from finding a few really good opportunities and carefully crafting a CV and cover letter. This works especially well with companies that do not actively promote themselves on LinkedIn and are in a start-up/scale-up stage.
These are exactly the companies we have collected in our carefully curated database: promising European-based startups and scale-ups that we extract from via ATS + scraping. Of course, it doesn’t have all the companies yet, but we are gradually expanding it. (Don't tell anyone how many hours I spent manually researching companies lol)
