I'm currently using this API in my mobile app and I really like the results and the features. Pricing seems fair; however, I have had some issues with reliability. While it works most of the time, their platform seems to go down more often than I would like and there is often little to no communication from the company.
None-the-less, I will continue to use it as their huge library of languages and voices really puts them ahead of other such services.

Caveat Emptor
Always heard great things - now there is a lot of rude back-and-forth with this founder on a pretty active LTD page. And I'm getting emails asking for upvotes here, with incentives. That always makes me question the upvotes I see (when they are incentivized it's for the benefit of the reviewer and not the one reading reviews). Reading a founder's comments to other people provides me with much more accurate information than an incentivized review.
Anan, how many of your family of 20,000+ are the LTD purchasers who invested in you? Who you will be kicking out of the house in a couple years? Which is fine, all "children" need to leave the nest....but I'd advise people here to get clear terms for your purchase before buying. The product may be wonderful, but if the founder decides to change your terms in a couple years then you want to know that. Or you may want to invest in a more solid product.
@created_by_me We have no intention of kicking any LTD users out, it seems like some people are spreading wrong info.
To clarify our comments - the average life of an LTD is 4-5 years, that does not mean we’ll shut down any accounts whatsoever, please take a look at some of the clarifications we’ve made on the Ken Moo group.

@ananay_batra yes, my apologies for a saying ("kicking out of the house") that comes across as you revoking accounts. I should be more careful of using "humor" etc in posts - sorry. Meant changing terms from when purchased.
Yes, that is the group I have been following. And within the last hour another group where you were arguing with someone. You were polite here to my comment - and just as a consumer I would recommend this kind of approach to talking with customers would be helpful in the other venues, as well.

I am the founder of Thrivacy and I use Listnr at home with my son who is deaf and with cerebral palsy. He has Cochlear implants so he can hear speech, but due to his CP he cannot produce speech well. And I am terrible at sign language, especially reading it. So having him text to speech is a great help in our communications with each other as father and son.

A lot of you are here because you bought listnr's lifetime deal (LTD) on AppSumo or one of the smaller LTD marketplaces.
Please, make sure to checkout how this Maker feels about lifetime customers in Ken Moo's group if you are a member.
Bottom line: Your lifetime accounts will be terminated within ~3 years (or sooner depending on how this Maker feels). Do not invest anymore money into this scam and if you already bought it make sure to ask for a refund.
A person's integrity is everything, unfortunately Naynay (Listnr's maker) has none. Tread with caution and if you're not a LTD customer please consider if this is a person you want to do business with.

Simply a product with no future because the founder is a lying piece of turd. Constantly changing the definition of Lifetime Deals from forever to a 4-5 year deal. Use MonsterMic instead and support ethical founders only.

Listnr is the most consistent Text2Speech platform. Whatever happens you know you will be receiving updates and news from Anan's email account, their Support is amazing, and this API really is the key to make the difference! The voice catalog is simply amazing, the launch of v2 this may was a great step ahead. Without any doubt, Listnr is one of my best purchases all time, and with the Zapier and Pabbly integration, they deserve the try. Congratulations to Anan and the rest of the team!
