I saw the box and thought this was a way for your ex to send their things back to you without having to meet.... which in some situations would actually be a decent idea. alas no.
This is actually brilliant, I can see people using it as a way to send their friends their condolences or as a joke to an old employer or something. And the super insensitive angle is the greatest marketing tool ever! Look at how mad everyone here is. Haha I can see it being shared like crazy. "OMG SO INSENSITIVE #thebreakupshop"
